The GTM Insurance Agency, a trusted, locally owned and operated firm with national reach, has added Keith Dolan as Senior Benefits Manager.
With over 30 years of experience in the benefits industry at agencies and large health insurance carriers, Dolan will lead the agency’s employee benefits practice, assisting clients with benefits design, implementation, compliance, and education.
“Adding Keith to the team and expanding our employee benefits practice will amplify our value to organizations,” said GTM Founder and CEO Guy Maddalone. “It’s the final piece of our comprehensive Administrative Service Offering (ASO), which utilizes best-in-class, single-solution technology and concierge-level services to integrate human capital management, outsourced human resources consulting, business insurance, and employee benefits.”
Dolan previously served in an executive leadership role with a health insurance organization and in senior leadership at a large regional benefits consulting firm.
“Creating a benefits strategy that meets the needs of employees, attracts and retains top talent, and can help minimize the impact of high premiums is one of the biggest challenges employers face today,” Dolan said. “With my experience on both the agency and carrier sides, my team will work closely with our clients to help them craft customized plans, achieve their benefits goals, and mitigate escalating costs.”
GTM’s employee benefits design skills, cutting-edge technology, and expert HR support help businesses streamline and automate processes, reduce costs, and relieve administrative burdens, all while delivering benefits that exceed expectations.
“With Keith’s industry experience and leadership of our employee benefits team, GTM is even better positioned to advise and guide our clients on the right mix of employee benefits to meet their hiring and retention objectives,” said GTM Insurance Agency Director Ed Catalano. “Our clients will value his deep knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.”
GTM’s employer platform helps organizations solve inefficiencies and eliminate errors in their benefits administration, new hire information, and benefits reconciliation, as well as automate and ease the difficulties of their open enrollment.
GTM’s expert HR and benefits support educates organizations and their employees while guiding them through a complex environment, including managing employee benefits for multigenerational and remote workforces.
In a market where large corporations are acquiring local agencies, organizations are finding it increasingly difficult to obtain the advice and guidance they need. GTM, with its national reach and local ownership, brings expert knowledge closer to clients, enabling quicker problem-solving.
